1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, browsing the store, placing an order, submitting a top-up, or using any Xylo Store service, you agree to these Terms of Service and the related policies linked on this page.

2. Digital Products and Access

• Xylo Store provides digital goods, activations, tools, access links, and related account services.
• Some items require Telegram, external downloads, device compatibility, or specific setup conditions.
• Availability may change due to maintenance, updates, category-specific status, supplier limits, or security checks.

3. Accounts and Eligibility

• You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and the security of your login credentials.
• You must not share, abuse, exploit, reverse-engineer, or misuse digital access received through the store.
• Xylo Store may limit, suspend, or refuse service if fraud, abuse, chargeback behavior, harassment, or policy violations are detected.

4. Orders, Balance, and Pricing

• Product prices, balance amounts, variants, and promotions may change without prior notice.
• Orders are considered final once successfully submitted, processed, or delivered, subject to the Refund Policy.
• Balance top-ups are credited after review or confirmation through the available payment flow.

5. Product Status and Maintenance

Some products or games may temporarily show maintenance, updating, or category-specific status notices. Access to those items may be delayed, limited, or unavailable until the listed status changes.

6. Product Use, Keys, and Risk Acknowledgement

• Once a key has been generated or delivered, changing to a different cheat, product, or variant is not allowed.
• You are responsible for keeping your device updated and following any setup, files-channel, warning, or safety instructions provided for the product.
• You must not share your key with anyone except the developer or your reseller when support requires verification.
• You must use only the official files, links, and materials provided for the product.
• Using any cheat, tool, or similar product is entirely at your own risk. Any brand, provider, or developer can still result in warnings, restrictions, or permanent bans.
• If there is an internal game update or product warning, stop use immediately and test carefully before returning to normal use.
• Where maintenance or update downtime affects access, Xylo Store may extend key time when applicable, but this is handled at its discretion and does not create a guaranteed refund right.
• No refunds apply once a key has been generated or delivered, except where required by law or expressly stated in the Refund Policy.

6. User Conduct

• Do not attempt duplicate claims, automated abuse, exploit delivery systems, or interfere with payment and order verification.
• Do not impersonate support, administrators, resellers, or creators connected with the platform.

8. Service Changes

Xylo Store may update product listings, supported games, supported devices, policies, features, and delivery methods at any time to improve stability, compliance, or storefront operation.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Xylo Store is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses caused by third-party platforms, compatibility changes, user-side device issues, Telegram disruptions, or unsupported configurations.

10. Policy Relationship

Your use of Xylo Store is also subject to the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Delivery Policy, which form part of these terms.
